Fire Risk Assesments

In order to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) all business must have a documented fire risk assessment in place, completed by a competent person or company. If this sounds onerous, we can advise as well as conduct your fire risk assessment and perform subsequent yearly reviews to ensure that the risks from fire have been adequately considered.

Our assessment will include;

  • Identifying any fire hazards
  • Pin pointing any people in and around the premises at risk
  • Design a bespoke action plan to evaluate, remove or reduce the risk and protect from further potential risk
  • Sign off and record taking

Reports are generally produced within 7 days depending on the urgency and the size of the building.
